The Holy Grail is a sanitation system that is free of chemicals and deosn’t waste water. I use RO for drinking but, with water shortages in many parts of the country, I can’t imagine it ina widespread application in a pool. Of course, as the article suggests, coupled with a water conserving filter and an impervious automatic cover to reduce evaporation, it could be practical as fill water needs would be minimized.
